Verification is required for:

  • Independent advertisers submitting new profiles
  • Agencies publishing listings under centralized accounts
  • Existing profiles undergoing significant content updates

Only verified profiles appear in search results, category pages, and the main directory.

Submissions that have not completed verification remain in draft status.

Video Verification procedure

Verification requires submission of a personal video recording.

Video specifications:

  • The individual in the video must match the person depicted in profile photographs
  • Recording must be created specifically for SimpleLuxe verification
  • Video must be clear, unedited, and recently recorded

During recording, the advertiser must:

  • Hold an A4 paper sheet clearly visible to the camera
  • The paper must display – profile name, current date, and platform name “SimpleLuxe”

Additional requirements:

  • Full body visibility throughout the recording
  • A complete 360-degree rotation while displaying the "rock/metal" hand gesture
  • Adequate lighting for clear facial identification

Recommendation: Advertisers with visible tattoos should provide supplementary photographs showing these markings. This expedites verification review.

Videos are NEVER published on your profile, shared with third parties, or indexed by search engines. Data retention complies strictly with our GDPR and 2257 policies.

Re-verification protocol

The SimpleLuxe web resource may request re-verification under the following circumstances:

  • Profile has been active for six months or longer
  • Substantial profile updates have been submitted
  • Visual appearance has changed significantly from original verification materials

During re-verification:

  • Profile status is changed to draft
  • Listing becomes invisible to all visitors
  • Updated verification materials must be submitted within 30 days

Profiles that do not complete re-verification within the specified timeframe are automatically removed. Deleted profiles cannot be restored.
