The fresh lemon gives you a punch of Vitamin C and is great for DNA cell protection + relieving the body of inflammation. Kale is a superfood, just one cup will trump a whole week’s worth of veggies giving you 684% of your daily vitamin K, 206% of vitamin A, and 134% of vitamin C . Cucumbers are another excellent source of vitamins, including anti-inflammatory vitamin K, infection-fighting vitamin C, and energy-producing pantothenic acid (vitamin B5).
